Tim Mee Army Men Reinforcements

Friends, what you see is not a trick. Those really are Army Men, but in red and gray. This is part of the new batch of Tim Mee figures available from the fine folks at VictoryBuy. You can still get the classic Tan vs. Green assortment, but now you can also pick Gray vs. Red to add to your fantasy battles. The quality is exactly the same (very high!); only the colors are different.

But wait! There's more!

Oh yeah, that's right, you can also buy PINK ARMY MEN! An unlikely color choice, to be sure, but one with some history behind it. As Jeff at VictoryBuy explains in his write-up:
Due to the anti-war sentiment of the early 70's, the soldiers were made in a variety of bright colors including pink, and are now hard to find collectors items.
You can even see some of the vintage figures at the Toy Soldier HQ. The pink soldiers are a really cool novelty, and a fine addition to your fight scenes. Just like the green, tan, red and gray soldiers, they are from the original molds and much higher quality than what you will find on the shelves of your local discount store. That's if you can find a store that stocks Army Men in the first place.

DISCLAIMER: I received sample bags of each of these assortments from VictoryBuy. That didn't affect my opinion of these toys; it merely hastened the process of my writing about them. As you may remember, I haven't had any problem endorsing the quality of these Tim Mee figures when I've bought them with my own money. If this sort of thing appeals to you, order with confidence using the links provided in this entry!
